Mutual Aid Festival
A collaborative idea with Black Liberation prisoner Jalil Muntaqim, Mutual Aid Fest evolved from initial dreams of a large festival into a more realizable goal (for now at least) of a regular series of cultural events as benefits for specific Political Prisoners we support.
We intend to help build and strengthen a broader culture of resistance while raising funds and awareness for our comrades inside. By consciously bringing together folks from different liberation movements, we aim to strengthen our bonds of solidarity and collaborative action.
These events got interrupted by the COVID 19 pandemic, and we hope to resume them someday.
